Robert C. Taylor serves as the senior vice president, chief information officer of Fluor Corporation, with global oversight for IT enterprise operations, cyber security, project execution systems, digital transformation, data analytics, enterprise architecture and enterprise applications. In 1986, Mr. Taylor joined Fluor Australia's mining business and led the implementation of computer aided design. Since 1992, Mr. Taylor has held a variety of global IT leadership management positions, including director of applications management, director of IT operations and infrastructure, director of IT strategy, and technical director for Fluor's ERP implementation. Mr. Taylor has more than 40 years' experience in the engineering and construction industry with 34 years' experience in computing and automation and an extensive portfolio, including talent development, leadership development, global outsourcing, procurement, ERP implementation, cybersecurity, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and organizational change management.
