Sarah Urbanowicz is Chief Information Officer at AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management. In this role, Ms. Urbanowicz leads Information Technology (IT) for the enterprise and is responsible for the development and execution of the global IT strategy, including overseeing its infrastructure and operations, information security and compliance, enterprise application portfolio, IT procurement, and digital portfolio management. Previously, Ms. Urbanowicz was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at AECOM, and was responsible for enterprise information security strategy, architecture and operations. Before joining AECOM, Ms. Urbanowicz served as CISO at Hess Corporation where she was responsible for enterprise IT security strategy and operations. Ms. Urbanowicz holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has completed several leadership development programs including Accelerate, AECOM’s executive leadership program, and Business Leadership Development I & II at Texas A&M, Mays Business College.
